Fillings and fat transfer are fast, simple, and effective treatment options in cases of jaw tip recession where there is no pressing problem. However, the retention rate of permanent low fat is uncertain. It can be used in patients who do not want jaw tip prostheses and bone surgeries. Jaw tip implants are inserted into the chin by incision for the mouth. It is technically easy, has a short duration, can be applied with local anesthesia, and is permanent. or in cases where it is insufficient to adjust the height, it is made with intraoral incisions.
In cases where the jaw tip is forward, the tip of the jaw can be rasped and taken back with incisions made from the inside or outside of the mouth. The method applied in mild and moderate deformities takes 30 minutes-1 hour. It can be done with local anesthesia and sedation.
